Perplexity raises $250 million in funding, valued at $3 billion#
According to insiders, Perplexity is currently undergoing a new round of funding of at least $250 million, with a valuation estimated to reach $2.5 billion to $3 billion.
Previously, the company has already completed two rounds of funding. In January of this year, Perplexity raised nearly $74 million at a valuation of $540 million. Then, in early March, it raised about $63 million at a valuation of $1 billion.

Tesla releases Q1 2024 financial report#
Tesla has released its Q1 2024 financial report, with total revenue of $21.301 billion, a 9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The revenue from the automotive business was $17.3 billion, a 13% decrease from the $19.963 billion in the same period last year.
At the same time, Tesla's net profit for Q1 2024 was $1.144 billion, a 55% decrease compared to the same period last year.
Factors contributing to the decrease in Tesla's Q1 revenue include: a decrease in average pricing and product mix, an increase in operating expenses, and an increase in Cybertruck production costs.
The financial report also mentioned that Tesla has recently started improving operational efficiency by reducing costs and will continue to focus on reducing costs in sales and other areas to achieve profit growth, while introducing new and more affordable products using existing factories and production lines.

Electric MINI Aceman makes global debut on April 24th#
